Gabby brings over two decades of teaching experience, a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and specialist qualifications in Pilates, Yoga and movement therapy to create a uniquely holistic, evidence-informed approach to wellness.

Available online and in person near Henley-on-Thames, Goring, Pangbourne and Reading, Oxfordshire.  Sessions are available as 1-to-1, 2-to-1 and on-demand online through the monthly membership.

Gabby's yoga sessions weave together breath, mindful movement and stillness to create a practice that supports the whole person — physically, mentally and emotionally. Styles include Hatha, Yin, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra (NSDR), each offering something different and equally valuable.

Mobility is Gabby's secret weapon! 

Mobility training improves the quality and freedom of your movement. Helping joints glide smoothly, releasing tight muscles and fascia, and restoring the ease of movement that modern life quietly steals from us.

Combined with targeted stability work, it creates a body that is both strong and free — resilient, pain-free and capable of doing the things you love without limitation.

Particularly powerful for desk workers, those with chronic tension or stiffness, people returning to exercise, and women navigating perimenopause.

Alongside movement sessions, Gabby offers two powerful, non-invasive wellness therapies at her studio in Crays Pond, Oxfordshire. Both can be experienced as standalone treatments or combined with a Pilates, yoga or mobility session for a deeply restorative whole-body experience.

 

Red Light Therapy

Cellular recovery, reduced inflammation and deep relaxation

Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body at a cellular level — stimulating mitochondrial activity and enhancing how efficiently your cells produce and use energy.

Regular red light therapy sessions may help:

  • Ease joint stiffness and reduce inflammation

  • Support muscle recovery after exercise

  • Improve skin health and appearance

  • Promote deeper, more restorative sleep

  • Calm and regulate the nervous system

Vibration Plate Training

Gentle activation, improved circulation and whole-body support

Vibration plate therapy sends small, controlled vibrations through the body, prompting muscles to contract and relax rapidly. This activates multiple muscle groups simultaneously — making it an exceptionally time-efficient and joint-friendly form of gentle training.

Regular vibration plate sessions may help:

  • Improve circulation and lymphatic drainage

  • Increase balance and coordination
