Wellness Coach & Movement Specialist
Gabby has been working in the fitness and wellness space for 25 + years.. with a degree in Sports Science, she is a dedicated wellness coach offering online and in-studio 1-1 Pilates, Yoga (Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Non Sleep Deep Rest and Restorative Yoga), Mobility and Restorative Rest classes. With a passion for optimising wellness, Gabby designs bespoke programmes tailored to individual needs, including Optimising Wellness, Fascia Fundamentals, Strength and Mobility for Menopause, Radiant Rest and GP Supported Programmes to encourage, educate and support.
Gabby is friendly and positive, helping to boost motivation and build confidence, making space for accountability and self care. Gabby is an eternal student and loves to learn and keep up to date with the latest science in order to create well rounded sessions and programmes that work!

Why I love my job!
I have the somewhat unique opportunity of making people feel better! Life can be challenging in so many ways and I get the chance to make it brighter. People often remark after an online or live session that they feel so much taller/looser/happier/calmer and more comfortable. That is such a joy to hear and be part of.
My mission is to educate and nurture a real love of movement and in doing so bring about positive change, not only in terms of posture, strength and balance but also mentally. When we feel physically stronger and more able, that often translates mentally. We feel we can rely on ourselves, be more accountable, be better decision makers, have more confidence in our bodies and stand taller in life.
