Wellness Coach & Movement Specialist
Gabby is a dedicated wellness coach offering online and in-studio 1-1 Pilates, Yoga (Hatha, Yin, Nidra, Non Sleep Deep Rest and Restorative Yoga), Mobility and Restorative Rest classes. With a passion for optimising wellness, Gabby designs bespoke programmes tailored to individual needs, including Optimising Wellness, Fascia Fundamentals, Strength and Mobility for Menopause, Radiant Rest and GP Supported Programmes to encourage, educate and support.
Gabby is friendly and positive, helping to boost motivation and build confidence, making space for accountability and self care. Gabby is an eternal student and loves to learn and keep up to date with the latest science in order to create well rounded sessions and programmes that work!
