Frequently Asked Questions - General, Red light therapy and Vibration plate.

Can I combine different sessions and therapies? Absolutely — and many clients do. Red light therapy and vibration plate sessions work beautifully alongside Pilates, yoga or mobility work. Gabby can help you create a combination that suits your goals and schedule perfectly.

Do you offer taster sessions? If you're unsure where to start, get in touch for a chat. Gabby is always happy to talk through what would suit you best before you commit to anything.

What is the best option for a complete beginner? A 1-to-1 session is the most effective starting point — giving you Gabby's full attention to establish good foundations at your own pace. The monthly membership is also a wonderful, low-commitment way to explore different practices from home.

Are sessions suitable during perimenopause or menopause? Yes — and they are particularly beneficial during this time. Pilates, yoga and mobility work are among the most evidence-supported movement practices for managing the physical and emotional changes of hormonal transition.
