Do I need to be flexible to do yoga? Not at all. Flexibility is something yoga helps you develop — it's never a requirement to begin. Gabby works with students of all abilities, ages and body types, and every session is adapted to meet you where you are.
Can I do yoga if I have a back problem? Yes, absolutely — with the right adaptations. Gabby has extensive experience working with clients managing back pain and will tailor every movement to keep you safe, supported and progressing.
Do you offer yoga online? Yes. Live 1-to-1 sessions are available via video call, and an on-demand library of classes is available through the monthly membership — so you can practise from anywhere in the UK.
Where are you based? Gabby is based in Crays Pond, Oxfordshire, and sees in-person clients near Henley-on-Thames, Goring and Pangbourne. Online sessions are available to clients across the UK.
What do I need for an online session? Just a yoga mat, a quiet space and a device with a camera. Gabby will guide you through everything else.

Gabby takes a holistic, evidence-informed approach to yoga — weaving together breath, movement and stillness to support whole-body wellbeing. With over two decades of teaching experience, a BSc in Sports Science and specialist qualifications in yoga, Pilates and movement therapy, she creates a calm, deeply supportive space where every student feels seen, valued and safe.
Sessions can be tailored entirely to your needs — whether you're recovering from injury, managing a health condition, navigating perimenopause or menopause, dealing with chronic stress or fatigue, or simply ready to move and feel better in your body.

Yoga Styles Offered;
Hatha Yoga
A steady, grounding practice that builds strength, improves alignment and develops body awareness. Breath-led, accessible and deeply effective. Perfect for beginners and anyone who prefers a slower, more intentional pace.
Yin Yoga
Long, passive holds that release deep tension in the fascia and connective tissue — the places where stress and stiffness accumulate most. Excellent for improving mobility, reducing anxiety and calming the nervous system. Particularly beneficial for women in perimenopause.
Restorative Yoga
Fully supported poses using props to encourage complete muscular and nervous system release. Deeply nourishing for anyone experiencing burnout, illness, chronic tension or emotional depletion. Think of it as conscious rest — with profound physical and mental benefits.
Yoga Nidra / NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest)
A guided meditation practice that brings you to the threshold between wakefulness and sleep — a state associated with deep neurological restoration. What to Expect From a Session
Sessions generally begin with a gentle check-in, progress through breath work, movement and stillness, and closes with a guided relaxation. You'll leave feeling grounded, open and more at ease in your body than when you arrived.
Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. Online sessions are held via zoom video call and are just as personal and effective as in-studio.
