With a variety of specialised offerings from which to build your programme, such as Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pilates, Postural Alignment, Fitness and Wellness coaching, I can tailor an online programme to meet your needs.

Our Wellness Studio Practices

The ancient practices of Yoga and the modern practices of Pilates can help you manage stress and its effects on the body and mind.

Stress can reveal itself in many ways, including back or neck pain, sleeping problems, headaches, or an inability to concentrate.

These practices old and new, can be effective in developing coping skills and reaching a more positive outlook on life.

 

Our Pilates and Yoga classes can help you to connect with your body at a deeper level and address ongoing injuries.

The classes can safely guide you how to get the most out of your movement practice to build a strong and mobile body.

As we address injuries and or unbalanced movement patterns, I can adapt and offer alternatives for each position if required.

 

Age, ability and flexibility levels are not important, these Yoga and Pilates classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are right now, to look after your ever changing body, mind and life.

Yoga

A regular Yoga practice provides a gentle, natural way of supporting the immune system.
 

Yoga helps to lower stress hormones that compromise the immune system, while conditioning the lungs and respiratory tract. 

Yoga also stimulates the lymphatic system to rid the body of toxins and improve the circulation.

The techniques incorporated in yoga, stretching and relaxation can reduce pain, particularly low back pain, arthritis and headaches and also relieve stress.

Pilates

Developed in the 20th Century by Joseph Pilates.

Pilates is a body conditioning system of exercise designed to improve posture and alignment and to tone, strengthen and improve flexibility.

The Pilates approach focuses on core stability, positive alignment, balance and breathing.

It is a subtle, non impact approach suitable for all levels of fitness.

Working at your own pace, you will strengthen, streamline and realign your body.
